Donations
Through the website www.impreunapentrusanatate.ro, you will be redirect to www.asociatiamame.ro for online donations. The donor has the possibility to select the amount he wants to donate. The amount it will direct will be used by the M.A.M.E. Association for the services offered, free of charge, within the project, to patients with serious diseases in Romania. The donated amount is withdrawn from the bank card indicated by the user. If the donor completes his contact details, he will be entered in the database of supporters of the M.A.M.E. Association and will be regularly informed about the projects carried out.
Privacy policy
The personal data of the donors (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address) are confidential information, which the M.A.M.E. Association collects and uses them with the utmost responsibility, by creating data protection policies and by implementing these policies throughout the organization.
Thus, the M.A.M.E. Association will only request information from donors for:
• registration of the donation in the financial-accounting documents of the organization;
• confirmation of receipts;
• information on the destination of the donated amounts;
• other possibilities to support the activity of the organization.

Donors may also request the addition, correction or deletion of personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Although the General Data Protection Regulation applies in all states of the European Union, the GDPR cannot annul the national legal provisions establishing the retention of personal data in financial documents. For example, according to the law, personal data (name, surname, CNP, address, identity card data) from financial documents (invoices, account statements, receipts, registers) will be kept for up to 10 years from the date of their generation. In this case, the information cannot be deleted, even if there is a request to that effect from the donor. If the deletion of the information is not against the law, the personal data of the donor will be deleted from the database within 30 calendar days from the date of the request.
After consenting to the collection, processing and storage of personal data, they are kept in the database of the M.A.M.E. Association for 2 years.
The M.A.M.E. Association is registered as an operator in the National Register of Evidence of Personal Data Processing of ANSPDCP with no. 31446 / 29.04.2014 (according to Law 677/2001).
The M.A.M.E. Association is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 that provides support to children and young people diagnosed with cancer and other serious diseases in Romania, as well as those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
